Overview
Little Montessori Minds is one of the newest permitted preschools in Brooklyn — the city register shows one year in operation — and one of the smallest in this directory, permitted for 29 children ages 2–5 at a storefront on Gerritsen Avenue. What we can tell you about it comes almost entirely from public records, because the school publishes almost nothing about itself: its own web domain was parked at our August 2026 check. The program is certified to administer medication — something many larger schools in this directory are not — which can matter for families managing allergies or daily medication. Accreditation & authenticity
The school appears in neither the AMS nor the AMI register (checked August 2026), and with its site offline we could not review any claims of its own. That leaves "Montessori" in the name unverified in both directions — it may reflect real practice, or just branding. A visit and the right questions settle it faster than any website.

Signals from public parent forums and neighborhood groups. Forum chatter is opinion — often anonymous — so take it with a grain of salt.
In a July 2026 thread in a Brooklyn parents' group asking for south-Brooklyn daycare recommendations, one parent recommended Little Montessori Minds warmly — "we love them," with nothing further. That is the only independent community mention we have found to date; a single data point, but a positive one, and notably the only school-specific signal this young school has anywhere.
